Homemade Baby Food: Carrots, Sweet Potato, Peas

Image
Healthy eating habits begin early. We all want our babies to get the best possible nutrition without also ingesting all of those famous preservatives, additives, and colors that can be added into foods without us being any the wiser. Well knowing exactly what baby is ingesting is half the battle on that front. The good news is that you can go organic in the foods that your child eats. There are two ways to do this, you can purchase ready made organic baby food or make your own. When purchasing the organic baby food jars you can pay quite a hefty price per jar and for what reason? Can we truly trust everything in those jars to be just as healthy as they suggest it to be? Once they add in preservatives, salt, and sugar the healthy nature of that organic baby food flies right out the window. Shop the vegetable shelves at your grocery market instead. Buy organic vegetables and fruits and make your own baby foods so you can be 100% sure what gets put into your little one's tummy.

Ideal for back to school or in the winter when kids are spending more time indoors. For messages or for writing down a chore board these wall boards are perfect. A wall art board for their creations may be just what your children have been waiting for. When I first put up the reusable white board sticker onto my son's wall he was immediately having so much fun with it but I quickly discovered
